Welcome to DragonLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DragonLabs website at dragonlabs.app and our mobile games — including Trivia Candy, Bible Trivia Candy Edition, Trip Countdown Planner, and Family Quick Connect (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who Can Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

License to Use Our Apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Services to break any law, infringe others' rights, or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all games, software, artwork, characters, logos, text, and other content, are owned by DragonLabs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The DragonLabs name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Purchases

Our games are generally free to play and may be supported by advertising. If an app offers paid features or in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and any refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased through, not by us directly.

Advertising & Third-Party Services

Some Services display advertising and rely on third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and analytics or advertising providers). Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. How we and our partners handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DragonLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting our apps. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which DragonLabs operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
