DragonLabs ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our games and websites — including Bible Trivia Candy and Trivia Candy — how that information is used, and the choices you have. DragonLabs is an independent mobile game studio based in the United States. We develop and publish games for iOS through Apple's App Store. This policy applies to:

• The mobile applications we publish, including but not limited to Bible Trivia Candy (bundle ID: com.DragonLabs.biblequizcandy) and Trivia Candy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Our games do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information through the apps themselves. If you contact us for support via our website or email, we will receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and message contents).

Information collected automatically

When you use our apps, certain information is collected automatically by us and by third-party services we integrate:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, and general device identifiers used for crash reporting and analytics.
• Usage data: game progress, scores, categories played, session length, and interaction events used to improve the game.
• Advertising identifiers: if you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you do not grant permission, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized using your IDFA.
• IP address and approximate location: derived from your IP address by our advertising partners to serve region-appropriate ads and for fraud prevention.
• Crash and diagnostic data: non-personal technical data used to fix bugs and improve performance.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

Our free-to-play games, including Bible Trivia Candy, display advertisements using Google AdMob and its partner networks. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's own privacy practices. Our games use the following ad formats:

• Banner ads — small ads shown during gameplay.
• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown between game sessions.
• Rewarded ads — optional full-screen video ads you can watch in exchange for in-game rewards.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and process the following information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA), where permitted by ATT, or a non-personalized identifier where not.
• IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP.
• Device information (model, OS version, language).
• Interaction with ads (impressions, clicks, completions).
• User agent and general app usage signals.

4. User Messaging Platform (UMP) & Consent

Our apps use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to handle consent for advertising in regions that require it — such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (under GDPR) and California (under CCPA/CPRA). When required, a consent form is presented inside the app, and your choices are respected by AdMob and its partners.

5. Apple Game Center

Bible Trivia Candy and other DragonLabs games integrate with Apple's Game Center to provide leaderboards and achievements. If you sign in to Game Center, your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players on public leaderboards, subject to your Game Center privacy settings. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. How We Use Information

We and our service providers use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our games and websites.
• Display and measure the performance of advertisements.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
• Analyze usage trends and improve the player experience.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.
• Comply with legal obligations.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with:

• Google AdMob and its ad network partners, as described above, for the purpose of serving ads.
• Apple, when you use Game Center or when diagnostic reports are shared through iOS.

8. Children's Privacy

DragonLabs games are designed to be family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction). 9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your information:

• Access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of personalized advertising through the ATT prompt or iOS Settings.
• Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Withdraw consent previously given through the UMP consent form.

10. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data (such as crash logs and aggregated usage analytics) only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Advertising partners retain information according to their own published retention schedules.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Users

DragonLabs is operated from the United States. If you use our games or website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
