DragonLabs ("we", "us", or "our") builds mobile games and the website at dragonlabs.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we and our partners collect when you use our website or apps — including Trivia Candy, Bible Trivia Candy Edition, Trip Countdown Planner, and Family Quick Connect — how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to use our apps. Depending on the app and your settings, the following may be collected:

• Device & usage data — app version, device model, operating system, language, crash logs, and general interaction data, used to keep the apps stable and improve them.
• Advertising identifiers — a resettable device identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) used by our advertising partners to deliver and measure ads, where you have allowed it.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address or device region for analytics and relevant ads. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• On-device content — information you enter in an app (for example, trip dates in Trip Countdown Planner or family contacts in Family Quick Connect) stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

Analytics

We use third-party analytics services to understand how our apps and website are used — which features are popular and where problems occur. These providers process usage and device data on our behalf in aggregated, de-identified form. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

Advertising

Some of our apps display ads served by third-party advertising networks. These partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to show ads and measure their performance. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier where permitted. You can control personalized advertising at any time:

• iOS — manage App Tracking Transparency under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and limit ad personalization under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android — reset or delete your Advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Limiting personalized ads does not remove ads; it makes them less tailored to you.

How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• To display and measure advertising that supports our free apps.
• To respond to you if you contact us for support.

Third-Party Services

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and rely on the analytics and advertising partners described above. These third parties handle data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of the App Store, Google Play, and any advertising or analytics provider whose services appear in our apps.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the analytics and advertising partners needed to run our apps, and only as described in this policy or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed through our services, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information about you, or to opt out of certain processing or the sale/sharing of personal information (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). You can exercise these rights — including opting out of personalized advertising — through your device settings or by contacting us.

Data Retention

We keep analytics and advertising data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

International Users

We operate from the United States, and information processed by us and our partners may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own. By using our apps or website, you understand that your information may be processed where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be highlighted within the app or on this page.
