1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using a Dragon Labs service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Family Use
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of our services.
3. Our Services
Dragon Labs provides entertainment, trivia, educational, safety, discovery, and productivity experiences. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every service or feature will always be available in every location or on every device.
4. Accounts and Security
If a feature requires an account or third-party sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of a service.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute a service except as permitted by law or written permission.
- Upload or publish content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or contains malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Dragon Labs.
6. TikTok Integration
The optional DragonLabs Candy Bible TikTok integration lets an authorized user connect a TikTok account and use approved TikTok features. You remain responsible for every post or action you initiate, the accuracy and legality of your content, and compliance with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and other applicable rules.
We may suspend or limit the integration if required by TikTok, law, security concerns, or misuse. TikTok is a separate service and is not controlled by Dragon Labs.
7. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Dragon Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the feature you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and submit the content.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases made through an app store or payment provider are also governed by that provider's terms. Prices, renewals, trials, refunds, and cancellation options are shown at purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, the payment provider handles billing and refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
Dragon Labs services, software, artwork, branding, design, and original content are owned by Dragon Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including TikTok, Apple, and other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Dragon Labs is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Dragon Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Trivia, educational, security, entertainment, and discovery information is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption arising from use of a service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Dragon Labs for the affected service during the preceding twelve months or US $100.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address security risks, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Dragon Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
